The Ocean Beach Elementary PTA is a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer nonprofit supporting one amazing elementary school by the beach! Our volunteers include dedicated parents, teachers, and community members who all work together to make sure every student at OBE has a dynamic and joyful elementary school education. Our organization’s first priority is to advocate for the wellbeing of all students. We also partner with our public school to fill critical funding and personnel gaps. 

Ocean Beach Elementary is a Title I school, which means almost 50% of the families attending our school are considered low-income. We believe that EVERY student in our school community deserves access to quality academic resources, enrichment opportunities and a beautiful, clean school environment to learn and grow.
